What happens after I fill out the online form?

Once you've filled out our online registration form you will be contacted by one of our staff by phone and/or email, and you will receive an email package outlining the camps day to day programming and confirmation of the week your child is registered for.


What is the minimum or maximum amount of hours I can book child care for?

Your child can participate in as many camps sessions as they would like throughout the summer.


What's the difference between Sandbox Sports Inc. Camps and other camps?

Our camp counsellors have child care and athletic related experience. Our camp counsellors go through an extensive interview and orientation process and have completed a thorough personal and professional background check. All of our camp counsellors have a Vulnerable Persons Sector police check, as well as First Aid and CPR certificates.


Is Sandbox Sports Inc. insured?

Yes. The certificate is available upon request.


How far in advance should I book?

Ideally as much notice as possible ensures that we have the correct child to staff ratio for that week. However, we appreciate that this is not always possible and we do take last minute bookings if space is available.


What if I need to cancel the booking?

We accept cancellations no less than 2 weeks prior to the week of camp you have signed up for. Although we understand that situations arise, our cancellation policy is strict out of respect to our staff and their scheduling.

Is late pick up available?

Yes, we allow for late pick up (5pm) at an additional cost of $75.00 per week
